'Bubbles of Perspective': A reflection on Higher Education and the REACT Project
Abstract
This opinion piece will look at the author’s background, with particular notes to Student Engagement and his time as a Sabbatical officer, and his understanding and views on the Higher Education sector. It will then introduce and explore the author’s concept of ‘Bubbles of Perspective’ with brief outlines of each particular ‘Bubble’. This will be followed by how these ‘Bubbles’ can be useful as a reflection on Higher Education as a whole and a way to look at the REACT project’s main concern of ‘hard to reach’ students.
