Editors' Introduction

Kiu is a doctoral researcher in nutrition in the School of Life Sciences at the University of Westminster. She is the guest editor for this issue of the journal. She is also a Registered Associate Nutritionist, a Student Parter at Westminster's Students as Co-Creators, Student Officer at RAISE Network and is involved in other organisations' student engagement activities.

Professor Simon Walker has been recognised nationally and internationally for his expertise in teaching and leadership. He is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and holds a National Teaching Fellowship. Simon is Enhancement Lead in the UCL Arena Centre for Research-based Education. 

I am head of learning and teaching transformation in the 
HE Directorate at Jisc. I have led large programmes of work on curriculum design, digital literacies and learners’ experiences of technology and co-led the Student Change Agents Network.
