Kiu Sum, University of Westminster

Kiu is a doctoral researcher in nutrition in the School of Life Sciences at the University of Westminster. She is also a Registered Associate Nutritionist, a Student Parter at Westminster's Students as Co-Creators, Student Officer at RAISE Network and is involved in other organisations' student engagement activities.
